  We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1.   Unobtrusive but helpful and friendly service. The room was small, but entirely adequate and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very convenient to Gloucester Road tube station. - I sent two elderly aunts on this trip and they had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly, respectful and courteous. So, thank you.

  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... what people say » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower. Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice. Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant). Value for money, could not fault it during o

  I just loved Park Int. Hotel. The room was much bigger than expected, staff was impressive, very friendly and helpfull. It's location is superb, 3 min walking to subway station and restaurants just across the street. It's 5,7 min walking to Natural History Museum and Science Museum. The room was cosy and clean. And the breakfast..well lets say I ha... what people say » d breakfast at 8am and I ate again only at 15pm :) - The hotel is welcoming and at the price was certainly excellent value for money. It was in an excellent location within easy reach of Londons major attractions. I will certainly be visiting this hotel again.

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... what people say » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.   It had everything you needed within walking distance. The Earl’s Court tube was down the street. The room and the bathroom were so clean.   The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area... what people say » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)
