The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it. -

The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

Staff were very attentive. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
