The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep. The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

Staff were very attentive. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
