Fantastic location. Doesn't need to be self catering though, so much to do close by I only spent 4 hours in hotel. Day staff were very accommodating. At the end of the day, it's a student building for most of the term, It was quiet, clean with a great view over london ( the back view is the scene from the end of sky fall where James Bond is

Huge room in an amazing location - not even a block from Trafalgur square! Everything close by and easily accessible. Laundry facility was available too and the beds were very comfortable. Probably the best value you could get in such an amazing location - we liked to get the metro out somewhere then walk back (for example we got the metro to Kings Cross station then walked back and did sight-seeing on the way).

Very close to theatres so I didn't have to rush for the train home after the performance.

I was very pleased with the stay. The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. I was worried that there would be a line for the showers but I only saw one person my entire stay. It is very quiet and did not have any issues with being woken up in the middle of the night. I was surprised to see that there were many different age groups represented. The staff was very friendly

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. The price! It was an amazing price for such a central location in London. The little things too - there was a drinking fountain to fill my water bottle up with, a well equipped kitchen, clean shower/toilet room, lots of wall sockets in helpful places, free wifi, good range of options for breakfast, working lifts, towel supplied. Great area, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.
