  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... what people say » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  The Marlin was the best accomodation in all departments that my family and i have experienced. The apartment looked as if we were the first customers to use it .It was spotless and the facilities were second to none. The staff on the reception were a credit to the company. they were friendly both to me and my children and were so helpful to helping... what people say » me when my car broke down .Nothing was to much tr - We thought that the position of the apartment was fantastic and also the quality of the accommodation could not have been better. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complain was that when we booked we asked for on site parking but were told there were no spaces available.
