  We were made very welcome by a friendly staff. We were very pleasesd to be able to leave our luggage on day of departure until 5.30pm at no extra cost.   Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  I stayed here during my week in London. I booked one of the beds in the 6 bedroom female dorm, and was pleasantly surprised. Beds and linen were clean and rather comfortable, shower was clean and quite alright considering how much we paid, the ladies in my room were all quite nice - I persinally didn't get to interact with them too much as I spent... what people say » most of my days outside. There's free wifi nearly everywhere. Breakfast was basic - toast or cereal and tea/coffee, but it was enough for us. The lad - The staff are amazing from reception to the lady's that clean been here for almost a week now still here for another week..For all the people that have complained about this place please note this is no 5 star hotel and it doesn't pretend to be for £25 a nite getting clean sheets room and bathroom cleaned every morning and a basic breakfast I say that's a good deal for London not to mention the location I come to London every 4 weeks and I think I jus found my second home!!
