  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

The room as well as the bathroom were good-sized and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was not too expensive.   We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of other b... what people say » uildings), it was absolutely peaceful at night! We slept with our window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London! We have already booke - Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi ( worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much apprecia

It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing
