  Members of our group of 6 people were in their eighties, sixties, fifties, twenties and a 3 year old. We liked the space (similar to home) the ability to make meals & snacks and of course a cup of tea. The vancinity was very good. The location allowed us to travel around relatively easily. The agency lady waited for us to make sure we know whats where, she showed the house, advised about the area, etc. its not a super central location, but still, its very nice and alternative, at least the flat in Camden.

We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.   This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden. We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted p... what people say » romptly and were supportive. They agreed to a refund for one night. - We loved the whole look and feel of the apartment, it had everything we needed from bedding to cooking utensils. The washer/dryer was a bonus for us The location was excellent, quiet yet central, shops at you door step, basically you are in Covent Garden square. The apartment overlooked St Pauls church square which was lovely and quiet. It fulfilled all our needs and more
