  The beds were very comfortable - The hotel location was excellent, very quiet yet only a short stroll from bustling soho. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room beautiful and surprisingly large. Will definately stay again:-)

  We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet.
