  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep.   This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden. We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted p... what people say » romptly and were supportive. They agreed to a refund for one night. - We loved the whole look and feel of the apartment, it had everything we needed from bedding to cooking utensils. The washer/dryer was a bonus for us The location was excellent, quiet yet central, shops at you door step, basically you are in Covent Garden square. The apartment overlooked St Pauls church square which was lovely and quiet. It fulfilled all our needs and more

  Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. I saw one other reviewer comp... what people say » lain about the basement - I asked for a quiet room and was given this suite. I had the best night's sleep in weeks! You go to a hotel to sleep, not lo - Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

  The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. We did our own breakfast so the fridg... what people say » e, toaster etc was just right. We loved the white shutters on the windows. The bedding was excellent, with feather pillows and duvet. It woud have bee - The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell in London. The location was ideal, despite a murder on the road outside whilst we were there, and the local area lovely. The television and internet were excellent.

  Fantastic location. Apartment 4 has it's own very nice balcony. Quiet at rear of property. Large apartment. Lots of cooking utensils for when not eating out at night. - It was in a very quiet spot considering how close to Buck Palace Rd we were. Really enjoyed the peace after hard day at work.
