  the location was spot on , for our stay , theatre and shopping, the staff deserve praise, they were very friendly and very helpful, they made the stya more enjoyable as we felt we were not just another face passing through. A lovely touch ,in our room amongst the usual facilities , was fresh furit and water. - We booked romance pakage and it was ... what people say » just wonderful. Service was very good and kind. the breakfast was nice and the bed the best of all. We were very happy to find out that internet was free through the TV room. The location could not be better.

  The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. The room as well as the bathroom were good-sized and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was not too expensive. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in. I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.
