B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. The aparment is big and very nice decorated. It has all the things you could need.
The people in the office was kind and efficient, by mail before arriving and there.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, you have some shops to buy food in the same block and lots of shops and a mall near the underground station, where you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes. You have 3 lines of underground there and buses to go everywhere.
