  The restaurant. Evening meal - Though not the most efficient staff, found them to be very amusing to watch - rather like faulty towers. Food was excellent. Also have to mention excellent receptionest who did her upmost to house us in a room on a lower floor to accomodate less mobile guest, when we called to make a last minute reservation based o... what people say » n previous booking of two days prior on the net. - Efficient and friendly staff, wonderful ambience, very comfortable lounge areas to sit and relax. Stone Manor had a lovely "feel" about it a welcoming and well maintained old black and white manor house. We only had breakfast over our 2-day stay but the food was excellent, with alternative options available on request. Nothing seemed too much trouble!

  Hotel staff very efficient and courteous, room very clean and comfortable, restaurant excellent. - Room was excellent value for money and staff friendly and efficient, I only wish I had time to make full use of the leisure facilities. Very nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast rather than the usual help yourself to dried up food!

  It was very comfortable with a pleasant ambience. A plus from our point of view is that it is a country hotel and therefore quiet with ample parking space. The meals were excellent. There was great attention to detail. - Friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and wellappointed room.

  The staff met you with a very friendly smile and were very welcoming. The room was spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good, all grilled and not fried, which shows the concern regarding healthy options.   Minimum hassle. Nice quiet, off road location and a lot of space for parking. and not too for from Worcester. - Everybody was so friendly and helpful and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble.
