  Friendly clean with helpful staff what else do you need, I booked the single room but on my arrival i was informed They had now upgraded me to the twin room. Room was light airy and really clean which for me is the main thing above all else. I would definatly stay here again - Everything. Great location at the end of lovely Hythe High Street; ple... what people say » nty of restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby; walk to everything including the seafront. Richard the owner very warm and welcoming Room spotless, peaceful and quiet (except for the gulls)!
