What people say
It was in a little village away from the crowds. Close to some lovely walking tracks. There was a separate lounge/dining area. Dinner and breakfast available if required.
In fact, I didn't expect a good place before I arrived. But it was such a surprise! In a really small and original village in the north of peak strict.
It was an extremely relaxed and friendly welcome. The situation was perfect for our short break needs. Check out Hathersage Lido - just brilliant. all reviews »

Location.
For a hostel there was nothing I didn't like.
No wifi. Nothing else.
Shared toilet a slight minus, but cannot complain with the price. Small car park so had to park down the road.
The room could have been hoovered and a bit cleaner.
Going back to work!!.
Nothing really :).
not being able to access the facilities before 5 pm after A long days walk. I couldn'T know the pass code as I was travelling to the hostel.
Make sure you arrive during reception opening hours as I arrived 12 lunchtme, was able to park but couldn't get in to hostel untill 5pm.
not enough fridge storage for a family kids even lounge to share television, no space, waiting in turn to use ketchen.
Not quite enough equipment in the self-catering kitchen - no cafetiere! But perhaps I should have asked, because they were available if you ordered breakfast so they would probably have let me use one of theirs.
Nothing.
Beds.
