  Couldn't ask for more. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. En suite shower was superb. Breakfast was outstanding. Owners were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Bed was so comfortable we have bought a similar one ourselves. Will recommend to anyone and will return our - We only stayed for one night, but would've loved to have stayed longer it was so enjoyable! We stayed in the Rosemary & Thyme room which is beautifully furnished with a great deal of thought to attention to detail. Even down to a small floor tray for your shoes! The bathroom is lovely too, with the best shower ever!! Breakfast, very tastey, would defiantly recommend the kippers, very tastey! We were made to feel very welcome, and would recommend to anyone visiting Hastings!

  My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk ... what people say » to the sea front, so near enough to enjoy it, without all the noise of traffic and pubs clubs etc, normally associated with sea front. Also free parki - Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.

  One word, amazing. Me and my partner stayed on the Friday and were amazed at how good the standard of the B&B was. The cleanliness of the whole place was 10 out of 10, the owners from the moment they open the door from the moment we left made us feel at home and welcome, they were so friendly and couldn't help enough. I just couldn't fault the whole experience and we have al - The quirky old character of the house and your very friendly nature. The room was lovely and you provided everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the house very close to the fishing area, being in the main 'Old Town' Street. Amel and I had a wonderful time and it 'made' our trip to the English seaside for her. She agreed that whenever we are married, Hastings would be a lovely place to live, where I can paint. Thank you very much for a lovely stay and lovely breakfast.

  The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment.
