  The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Even toilet rolls were a expensive brand! I have stayed in hotels and apartments all around globe but attention to detail in this apartment really makes you feel as you are ... what people say » at home. - Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

  Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar.   Central location and friendly staff. I was also accompanied by my elderly Mother. We arrived slightly early but were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception and allowed to check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and very warm. A lovely deep bath with bubble jets was an added bonus and my Mother had another spacious shower room to herself. Bed was c - The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was available on checkout for a few hours.

  Valuable apartment , clean , great location just 10 minute to main shopping street Buchanan gallery, jown lewis,underground station . The owner 'james' he has a good attitude ,he sent me an e-mail and didn't read it cuz I was in the train and there is no network about the chick in process , and when I just arrived the apartment no body there, imme... what people say » diately I called him within just five minute his lovely assistance 'kathren' came , she was very helpful and nice person. - Good decor, well maintained & equiped. The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi. Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

  That the cottage was extremely well equipped with all the necessities including fresh eggs, milk, butter, bread, jams, biscuits, you name it it had it. Only ten minutes by train to Glasgow and Edinburgh is also easily reached by train.
