  When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11... what people say » .30am!!!

  A delightful hotel serviced by very friendly and efficient staff giving the impression of a family run establishment. I was particularly impressed to find the heating was left on over night, and not turned off as is so often the case in some hotels. As a regular traveller to Glasgow, I will certainly look this hotel up again for my next visit. - Th... what people say » is hotel is undergoing works to improve it but it does not detract from your experience when you stay there. The room was clean, comfortable and looked very nice and fresh. There are a lot of restaurants around about the hotel along with a little shop right across the road.

  The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.

  Although the rooms were just a tad tired they were very clean and the beds were comfy.The breakfast was marvellous and plenty to choose from.Wouldn't go hungry here. Very pleasant and helpful staff.Ideal location for travelling.2 mins from the motorway by car .Local bus stop just across the road and regular service.Just ten minutes to town centre.... what people say » Would definately stay again.........Top marks..but then we did come mid-week.Cant say what it would be like at the week-ends.. - 1.Hotel very convenient for buses into both Glasgow and Paisley. 2.
