  Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles... what people say » which you could not take home . - The staff , room and facilities were excellent, the staff were very helpful and took care of our every need. The breakfast was excellent, we throughly enjoyed our stay, and I have already reccommended the hotel to my friends and family.

  When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival.   The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom, and it was quiet enough to get a good sleep, even with a busy bar area on the ground floor. It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

  we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. I was particularly impressed to find the heating was left on over night, and not turned off as is so often the case in some hotels.
