  The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was so lovely and comfortable that we did not really want to leave the hotel for the concert / meeting friends that was the reason for the visit. Also, a variety of eating places in the complex offering burgers, Me - I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs. The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave. As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay. Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.   When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival.   The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.

We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond.
