All very pleasant, the location is great, a perfect place, at the bottom there is a store, walk to the sights was easy. I will recommend it to everyone you know who is going to visit Edinburgh.
very convenient location - starbucks, sainsbury and peter's yard right below the property. well-equipped and spacious. paid parking has a lift that goes straight to the apartment.

Due to problems with the original apartment i reserved I was transferred to the Malthouse Apartments. They were lovely inside and I felt quite at home. I.
Location lovely, apartment mainly great, brilliant to have shops underneath the apartments (but we couldn't smell them or hear them!).
Lovely modern apartment 15mins walk from Princess Street. Coffee Shop and Supermarket in same building.

The Malthouse Apartments were a good deal further away from the University, which is why I came to Edinburgh.
Although a lovely apartment, there was quite a lot of mould in the bathroom (but we couldn't find an extractor fan ,so maybe the reason!) Also the dining room table was disgusting ( a table cloth to hide it would have done the trick!) Also small things like a cigarette burn on the coffee (in a non smoking apartment!) But would def. book this apartment again!!.
Minor things as only 2 pillows on the bed and no tea towel. The worst was no hairdryer!.

Although the apartment was clean and reasonably well-equipped, the build quality does not seem good. The bathroom in particular looks much older than its few years and could use some attention. The bath/shower would be impossible for a medium to short, or older, person to access due to high and wide sides.

There were no extra clean towels available for the long stay. The bathroom/bath-tub was extremely too high and very uncomfortable to get into, and out of, and there was no non-skid bath mat. There were no extra clean sheets available to change.
everything in the kitchen was dirty - I had to clean everything before I used it. Small touches like no dishwasher tablets included, and no shower gel included. Not what you'd expect from a "luxury" apartment.
Everything else. Early arrival fee charged if arriving before 15h. Apartment was not clean (mold in bathroom, dirty cloth in kitchen). No dishwasher tablets. Only 1 toilet roll. Very small, not very comfortable bed. Very noisy: delivery trucks arriving at 6.30 every morning. Altogether completely overpriced.
