A shared kitchen facility is available for guests use. The kitchen has a microwave and a fridge/freezer.

An optional self-service breakfast is available at an additional cost. Breakfast includes: cereal, toast and jams, with orange juice, tea and coffee available to complement your breakfast.

There is a large garden and patio area to accommodate smokers.

Please note children under 8 years old cannot be accommodated. Please note for parking it is free on the street daily from 17:00 and 09:00. On Sunday it is free. For health, safety and security, the guest must present upon arrival: 1) Photo Identification. 2) Payment card used for prepayment of the room(s) - cardholder must be present. Copies of both will be taken. If the payment card holder is not a guest /present, an authorization signed by the cardholder along with a copy of both sides of the card must be provided (signatures must match).

The Alma Tavern is a traditional local public house and is just 3 minutes’ walk from the guest house. There is a cafe serving breakfast and lunch just 4 minutes’ walk away.

Addiscombe, the area surrounding the guest house, offers a vast array of shops, supermarkets, banks, bakers, cafes, restaurants, public houses and takeaway and delivery food outlets. There is a Tesco Express supermarket and petrol station just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from the guest house.

The local town centre of Croydon is London's second largest shopping and cultural centre after the West End. The town centre boasts plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres and exciting nightlife. Croydon’s town centre is 5 minutes away by car or by bus, 11 minutes by tram or 15 minutes’ walk.

The guest house has a range of single, twin double and triple rooms available. Triple are particularly suitable for families, as they have one double bed and one single bed.

There is a range of accommodation available to suit the needs and budget of any traveller. Some rooms have en suite bathrooms and rooms with shared bathroom and toilet facilities are also available.

All rooms are non-smoking and each room has a private washbasin, fresh hand and bath towels and a 20-inch TV.

The guest house is situated in a convenient location in East Croydon with great transport links to Croydon, London and the South of England.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 20 miles (32 km) from London Gatwick Airport. From Gatwick Airport railway station, which is located in the airport’s South Terminal, take the fast express train northbound to East Croydon train station. Trains run regularly and the journey from the airport to East Croydon should take about 15 minutes.

By Train:
East Croydon train station is just 2 minutes’ drive, 15 minutes’ walk, 5 minutes by bus or 11 minutes by tram from the guest house. Trains run regularly from the station to London Victoria station, central London and London Gatwick Airport, with journey times of around 15 minutes. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station. Alternatively, you could take a bus or walk.

By Bus (from East Croydon train station):
Take the number 312 bus to Norwood Junction or the number 367 bus to Bromley. Ask the driver to tell you when to get off at the Alma Tavern public house. Turn right when you exit the bus, and Grant Road is on the left. Atini Guest House is located down Grant Road on the right-hand side, at number 42.

On Foot (from East Croydon train station):
The guest house is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the train station. Turn left when you exit the station. Turn left onto the A222/Cherry Orchard Road northbound. At the roundabout, turn right onto the A222/Lower Addiscombe Road eastbound. Take the 4th turning on the left into Grant Road. Look out for the Alma Tavern public house on the left-hand side, on the corner of the A222/Lower Addiscombe Road and Grant Road. Atini Guest House is located down Grant Road on the right-hand side, at number 42.

By Tram:
Croydon Tramlink trams run regularly between Beckenham and Wimbledon through Croydon. The tram stop is just 8 minutes’ walk from the guest house.

By Bus:
Local buses offer convenient connections to destinations across London and surrounding counties. The bus stop is just 3 minutes’ walk from the guest house.
