The reception staff were helpful and efficient. The room waspleasant, tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable with sufficientbedding and pillows. Very clean and welcoming, I will definitely usethis hotel again. The friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere in the hotel, the excellent buffet dinner, the spacious bedroom, and the beautiful crispy white bed linen.Staff though overworked, were extremely efficient, knew the answers to all our request. Arranged everything at short notice, and were very organised.

Beautiful plush surroundings, a great big room, tea and coffee making facilities in the room,the pool.My stay was very short and I would like a longer stay to make an informed judgement. Reception staff very helpfull. They went out of their way to please us.Its location the fact it was so close to train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the view of the building site next door was a bit naff. The leisure facilities were excellent. Breakfast wasexcellent as well. I have already recommended the hotel. Thanks for avery pleasant mini-break. it was quite noisy through the night with planes flying over. Decor was outdated. In the bedrooms we had to control the heat everytime we entered the room. Without the heat turned on the rooms were cold. As I said in my written questionnaire there were not enough 'accessible' power points for phone chargers/ computers etc. The only double socket I could find easily was clumsily blocked by metal bar on the luggage shelf renering it useless.My phone charger could not be plugged in. Irritating at the time but fortunately I had some power in my mobile phone. room small for an executive room. Tea bags were poor, tasted like shavings off the floor. The walls are too thin but except that everything great!. I was woken by cleaning staff insisting that they clean the room before i had left. This was well handled by the reception staff however. Double bed was 2 single beds pushed together gap in middle was annoyingand uncomfortable. Faulty internet. The full price was a bit ott, so we were pleased to get the late booking price. Bathroom floor was very slipperey and could be dangerous even in barefeet. May I suggest anti-slip flooring be put in place.
