Hotel and rooms clean friendly and helpful staff. the room was perfect for our purpose. Visiting relatives in the area. staff. Staff very friendly, room tidy with all appliances, food value OK for the money, bed very comfortable. Catered for swimming families - early breakfast on Sunday morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely newly rennovated, clean and modern room, gorgeous Kingsize bed, and sooo quiet!!!. The clean room and comfort of the big bed. Nice friendly staff. Price, parking, cheap WiFi, nice staff, large room and large bed, great breakfast, easy to find.Easy car parking, pleasant and helpful staff. Near to airport, restaurant on site. When I complained that our room smelled of smoke we were given another room immediately and the staff were apologetic and polite. big room and confortable bed and very clean. You can always be assured of good quality at the Premier Inns but the staff and service at the Gatwick/Crawley East was exceptional. Hotel was ok, breakfast (premium) was nice, eggs was without taste, butit was the only thing wrong. WiFi access very nice but a littleexpensive... WiFi provider is: Spectrum. Due to the road diviersion nearby, we ended up driving around to find another way to the hotel for up to nearly an hour which was most annoying. efficient, friendly welcome. Awareness of female guests' needs. Ability to arrive late at night. simple, but sufficient; clean and functional. Clean, Quiet, all required facilities. near to 'goffs mannor' pub (10 minute walk), where we ate as hotel restaurant was closed. Very good food and drink selection so glad hotel restaurant was closed beacause we wouldn't have ventured out otherwise. Close to where I needed to be.lack of public transport to the hotel/no shuttle service offered. Internet access did not allow US web sites. Description of airport transfer facilities. n/a. Outside of city, low choice for dinner. although mild outside, inside the hotel was very warm with no air conditioning, it was sometimes uncomfortable. Traffic noise. The menu in the restaurant had little variety. As we did not have a car we felt isolated as the hotel was a good way from any facilities.no. no significant issues, deserving criticism. difficult getting a table for dinner at the required time although they did manage in the end. Considering that I could have stayed at the Crawley Travelodge for £29 + parking £5 for virtually the same service and accommodation I feel the Inns are over priced. I have used the Travelodges for years and know they are no less reliable than the Premier Inns.bar area was sterile and drinks choice vary limited. The fact that you did not accept the Nectar Card.
