Excellent rates and genuinely nice staff and very helpful. Very easy to get to.No complaints. The plug sockets needed lifting a little as some charger plugs can be a difficult large size but it did not cause a problem and staff were very nice and charged my phone for me and said the plugs were going to be lifted. Excellent staff. excellent location, perfect for the NEC where i was exhibiting, rooms where very impresseive more like a city centre hotel than a motorway hotel. located north bound but this is clear in directions, I had Exec room which had fridge and coffee machine, also liked the free view TV very good hotel with great service.
all reviews » very impressed, prob the best motorway hotel I've ever stayed in. all very clean and modern, the staff where really friendly, thsi will be my hotel of choice when in this area, much better then anything else available locally, like the Air Conditioning and coffee machine in the room. very impresed, this is a new hotel it actually smelt new !, i stay atthsi type of hotel often on the motorway and thsiis teh best Ive stayed in. Rooms were excellent Exec room had air con and a fridge. Breakfast was great value, staff all friendly, very good hotel. all excellent this hotel is brand new all facilities are top notch, love teh walk in power shower and teh fridge in teh room was a great touch, excellent staff all round a great hotel i will be using when i am at the NEC. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfotable. Although our room was situated near to reception, but did not have any problems with noise, which can be very annoying at some hotels.The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The TV channels are great. I went to an event at the NEC and this hotel was in a great location for this. We wanted for nothing. The staff were polite and only too willing to help and give information. Every amenity required was available. The room was warm and comfortable.Amazed thisis a motorway hotel, it has Air conditioning and a fridge,the tv was great ( Freeview) and teh walk in power showers where alsoexcellent. Very impressed. Not very convienient your travelling south,. Position, had to drive up and down the motorway to get to it and get out in the morning. From maps and details assumed it was on other side of Services.Unfortunately the hotel is accessible only from the motorway (Northbound). Would have liked the room a bit warmer when arriving. walls are too thin. Having to reinstate my door key every day...... very annoying.Sofa bed in family room was not very comfortable. Difficulty to reach coventry city, have to travel m6 for 10 milesone way...Excellent hotel, Room etc but let down by not having a better class of restaurant.
