Our reservation was not recorded so had problems when we arrived but was sorted.An egg and the odd slice of ham would have been nice with the breakfast?. it was a but too hot, even with the air conditioning. The breakfast coffee. Breakfast area was very basic - more like a canteen!. TV was tempremental. You don't get a beautiful view and the traffic can be a little noisy but these are minor points and wouldn't put me off staying here again.Double bed was a disappointment - only 4 ft 6' - usually 5 foot in most hotels of this type. Not as comfortable as expected. the fact that I live in the country,don't hear a car all day,and thebedroom was above the traffic lights!. Would have been nice to tell first before charging another £11 to my card - which I assume was for my room. because you don't have trooley man, so it would be better if you provide 1 or 2 more trooleys. Wireless connection was expensive. thin douvet. should at least have cold cuts for breakfast, which was offered by Express by Holiday Inn at Bath. booked double got twin ..... changed to double but smoking room only which was horrible. the long queue to check out - with one member of staff on reception on sunday morning. Was not aware that we could have breakfast until too late. Lack of parking at the hotel made checking in and out more difficult than national most chains of hotels. The internet service that you subscribe to is not good. The minutesshould only count down when you are using the internet. That's how theservice is at the heathrow ariel. It's very expensive in cheltenham andthen your minutes expire even when you log off. This would stop me fromstaying there again considering it was a business trip.The room was very stuffy. Lack of restaurant. One coffee sachet for two people. Its annoying not to have enough for tea/coffee on arrival, and for an early morning drink, without having to go to reception and beg for more.. Otherwise the room was fine.
