We were upgraded upon arrival to a fantastic deluxe room. The hotel had a 24hr bar with a very friendly barman. Fantastic value for money. Would definately recommend to all. Great location was a plus point. 5*+++ will be going back.

    The champagne welcome made us feel special and Clive reception manager was professional,helpful and welcoming.The location was ideal for city centre activities.The room was lovely and on 3rd floor quite.Restaurant ,bar and feel of place was luxurious.Lovely for romantic weekend.The breakfast was brilliant and there was real honey available dripping... what people say » from honey comb,made by Welsh Bees.We will return - the service and friendlyness was out of this world. i still cant believe how good value the hotel was, this is the best i have ever stayed in and will book into the Parc every time we visit Cardiff. can not fault any thing.
