the friendliness of the member of staff who agreed to meet us when we arrived at Cardiff, and came out of his way to allow us to drop off our luggage at the apartment early - and was very accommodating in allowing us to stay over the 11am departure, this meant a lot as we were very tired and the fact that is was raining at the time - thanks a lot.

Great alternative to the likes of travel inns. Highley recomend it for younger travelers and great value for money. - This is a very funky and modern hostel!
