Welcoming and friendly, ready to help and had lots of information on the area. You had a nice choice of what you wanted for breakfast. The RSPB sanctuary was brilliant and worth a visit.

Due to the location the noisy seagulls at night when trying to sleep, but there is nothing you can do about that, you're at the seaside!. i cannt say any negatives about this guesthouse 10/10 .
