out of the way jewel, lovely and clean, single room was excellent, short walk down to the front near the spa. Owners were great and the breakfast was one of the best. What I liked was there was a lady with a disability/health. the owners could not do enough to help, says it all what kind people they are, lovely stay. It was like being home from home you got looked after the minute you entered so friendly and accomidating .Rooms where lovely clean and comfy and the Breakfast was great and they even gave my Dog his breakfast. I will be going back to stay again.

Noise of the sea gulls, but cant expect much else it is the sea side. unfortunatly the weather was bad. early breakfast. The room on the stairwell is noisy (ear plugs should be provided/recommended). nothing major but a few areas that could have been a little cleaner, the tv remote was very dirty and the cups in the room weren't properly cleaned. This wouldn't put me off though as we weren't in the room that much for it to be an issue. The creaky floorboards, the outdated bathroom and the toilet that wouldn't stop flushing! The reception and hall area in need of attention. The dinning area was a little small, as the guest house was full we could not get in for breakfast, so we left.
