Smoking Rooms where available. Cleanliness and friendly. The tv! great room. the staff at reception in bradford ( low moor ) where brillaint, very warm welcome and a credit to you. Good sized room and very comfortable room. Excellent food - very comfortable room. Comfortable and friendly. The ease of everything. I feel that this hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in,therooms were immaculate and I would definately reccomend this hotel. Very clean, very quite. Beware - Several cars were parked on the road outside the hotel due to the hotel car park being full. We awoke to find they had all been damaged. There is another unmarked car park over the road from the hotel, but not mention of it was made when we asked the hotel staff if it is OK to park on the road when checking in.A lovely comfortable room, with a super shower in the bathroom. Loads of hot water just what you need on a cold winters day!. The Bar/Lounge..commfortable/spacious/clean/warm and very well furnished. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. Only had breadfast there but the service and food was very good. The reception staff very friendly. The friendliness of the staff and the recently refurbished room. helpfull friendly staff , very good service. Refurbished to a good standard. Rooms were very clean and spacious. A friendly welcome as soon as we walked in . privacy. the room. full english b,fast. Clean room. At breakfast there was a short queue with the people standing over others sitting down at their breakfast. Maybe a cordon type barrier from those eating and those queing would help.parking space. No shower, just a bath. Broadband direct connection would have saved me going back to the office each evening as my company do not provide wireless access due to security. We use Bewleys a lot as they provide this. My search was selecting the hotels within a distance of 2 miles from the downtown and it was among the search result. It is actually 3.5 miles far away from the downtown. Nice for those who can drive by there own cars.poor noise insulation betwen rooms. No seperate bar from wedding guests so a little conjested and less relaxing. The windows were a bit draughty and rattled in the night, could do with some secondary glazing on them. The room was small and despite being recently refurbished, was done to a poor standard with a very odd mix of styles/decoration...dull and uncoordinated (the wall pictures were terrible). There was no room service and the resteraunt was closed - sunday night though. Bed was very uncomfortable.as we had booked a double room, which leads me to believe 2 people staying, there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. The bed was very hard and the price of the drinks was expensive [bottle of wine 14 pounds]. the lack of staff,1 person doing the front +bar. could not control temperature in room. Creaking floorboards, Tried to overcharge us at reception on checkout.
