  Food was hearty and really tasty. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was piping hot and the staff were relaxed and not clock watching which made a nice change! The evening meal menu was a mix of traditional pub favourites and additional quirky dishes all very tasty and well presented. We found the pub atmosphere very friendly aswell as being popular with the locals. Good p - I liked the very thoughtful touches - the good supply of decent coffee, the supply of toiletries, the dressing gowns and slippers. I like the fact the hotel was very quiet and I liked the garden. I liked the tasteful decor. There is a good ambience. I felt as if I'd had a restful stay somewhere lovely. The breakfast was good too. I liked the fact that there was no problem with parking. I was visiting Bath and parking is a nightmare so I decided to stay at the Northey and have no hassle.

  We stayed at Benson house with our 2 young daughters and our parents. Suzanne welcomed us with a smile and showed us around. She is really amazing, she gave us tips for visiting Bath and even let us park our car at her house when we drove to Batheaston. The apartment design is very modern and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. We - Thankyou to Suzanne for an extremely pleasant stay. The apartment was luxurious, clean and well appointed. Box is a pretty and delightful village and only 6 miles from Bath, making it a more restful and quiet stay. Apartment is ideal for 4 adults or 2 adults + children. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom supplies of good quality toiletries appreciated. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Suzanne was a pleasure to meet, friendly and helpful, and we easily felt we could have sat do

Would thoroughly recommend the Barn House - we'll definitely be back. - Comfortable facilities, good bed, excellent shower, quiet location but you need a car to access. Friendly hosts, good breakfast although served at communal table with guests from the other two rooms. Short drive to excellent food at local hotel, and handy convenience store and atm at service station. Shared kitchen facilities /fridge could be useful if staying a bit longer than our brief visit.   This is the first time I've ever stayed in B&B and I would say I am quite satisfied with my choice. They were very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view around the house and I think that Box is as beautiful as any other cotswold village. I would recommend this place to any Korean acquaintances. - The breakfast was excellent! The room was very comfortable and the owners were friendly. It made me feel good staying there.There are DVDs available and you can borrow any from the owner and enjoy yourself in your room. Very quiet and close to nature definitely a good place to get away from the city! It takes only 15 mins drive to Bath but you might need to take bus or call cab if you dont have a car.

  me and my husband stayed here monday to friday and had a great holiday our room was clean and very comfy breakfast was really good and plenty of it , we go to a lot of hotels in GB as my husband will not fly and this was one of the best places we have stayed will be back and will be recommending to friends and family , Gill was very nice and saved... what people say » us some money on our visits to places thank you . - E It was a beautiful location, far enough away from Bath to relax and yet accessible. It was lovely to be able to get up when we wanted to and make breakfast in the way we wanted it. The bed was huge and everything was clean and tastefully decoraed.   Free upgrade from a triple room to a 4 bedroom cottage due to unforeseen circumstances, much better than cancelling our reservation.   We had such a lovely stay at the Trimnells House. The owners were so kind and hospitable! They even went out of their way to make us breakfast early one morning when we had to catch a flight. Loved it and would definitely love to stay again!! - After a very long day exploring Bath we arrived quite late and tired, but we were welcomed like old friends, made to feel very much at home. The room was tastefully decorated , clean and spacious. breakfast was excellent and even a request for extra toast was met with a friendly smile. The gardens are classic english cottage style and add to the restful atmosphere. Just a great place to stay.
