I liked the location of the hotel and amazed as to how quiet and peacefull the room was considering it was situated between two busy roads. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom spotlessley clean. Sheets available in the room to replace duvet if necessary on a very warm night. Room had curtains closed and window open to cool as best as possible without air conditioning on what was a very warm evening.
all reviews » Room was a good size which was very clean, staff when greated were very friendly and helpful, so were the resturant staff. Food was very cheap with a good size order. Convenient to Blackpool and Tesco Lock on bathroom door House-keeping waited at the door following response Staff at reception were informative and short to the point. Late arrival but reception staff very helpful. Breakfast very good and relaxing. Offered 'seconds' at no extra charge. All the comfort I've come to expect from Premier Inn. Huge bed, great mattress. Very pleasant staff as always. Arrived early hours and was made very welcome after a long day flying back from Tenerife. very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. excellent staff and service in the restaraut and bar we had a great stay. Clean, and nice big kingsize bed. Also restaurant next door, great food. Location Good Very helpful staff Plenty Parking (Free). The facilities for children. Receptionist was fantastic. The beds were super comfy. exellent value for money. everything. everything. Motorway access. If you put details of tesco etc in rooms perhaps. 'Outside Inn' was interesting in a good way. Guarantee of basic Premier Inn standards and kids eat free at breakfast with an adult. Bed was comfortable. I didn't like the dining area. I found it to be dark and dismal and it looked as if it could do with refurbishing. The staff wre great and the service excellent but the breakfast was far too greasy. The roadworks taking place outside - not the hotels problem but they were working through the night resurfacing so some occasional noise with the window needing to be open. There was a little bit of noise from the bar with our room being situated at the same end of the bar, but wasnt tillto late at night. Single bed in a room for two. Would have preferred a sofa. Although fans provided in rooms maybe air con would be an added benefit?. several of hot breakfast items lukewarm or cold. camp type bed in room over firm, our 11 year old ended up in our bed. none as we return here every time. The heat in the rooms was 24 degrees and it was far too hot. It was not adjustable and I did not want to open the window. We stayed the previous week in your durham hotel and it was the same. The fact we was booked in with my husband missing off so cost more money due to adding on then not knowing didnt accept cash. ack of an electrical socket close to the bed. plug in sink broken. ajoining pub needed tidying after what looked like a busy day. low bed could do with a small fridge. I was worried about curtains being near the heater, but managed to tuck them onto window sill. Could hear neighbour opening and closing their room door - poor insulation breakfast facilities not to standard of other premier inns. Noisy kids next door, no tables for breakfast had to wait, no minibar or complimentary water. Paid £200 for 2 nights I found expensive for room only and 15 min from Blackpool. Room was standard but clean. Wouldn't stay in a premier in again for that price anyway. The rooms were disgustingly hot and to be told they can not afford air con when rooms were £79 each it was terrible it was so hot we could sleep at all and the temperature made me feel very faint.
