The staff went out of their way to accomadate us and our needs- the desk staff were very freindley and helpful and had answers to all queries..The hotel itself was very clean and had character and excellant facilities. The restaurant manager and his staff went out of their way to accomadate us early at mealtimes so that we could attend conference meetings on time. An excellant service was given !.

Staff's customer service skills were excellent. The hotel's facilitiesprovided everything required - the pool and beauty treatments werevery good.the hotel was fab, really friendly staff, we arrived and they changed our rooms to two facing the beach which was lovely, we hadn't even asked. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at all times and the evening entertainment was excellent of the Friday evening and very good on the Saturday. service was excellent particularly at meals. Allocated tables and waiters made such a difference and made dining an enjoyable experience. me and my partner liked every aspect of the hotel, we would definately recommend it an we are booking again to stay in march. Parking facilities are very poor for such a large hotel and often entailed a long walk, not suitable for disabled or elderly people.The loud music in the early hours of Sunday morning whilst staying on the first floor although after mentioning this to the management (not a complaint) they kindly gave us a choice of three rooms on the third floor which were perfect. We contracted severe food poisoning which we are still recovering from.pool was cold. lack of parking spaces. first night there was alot of noise made by children running about corridors the walls are very thin. i got parking on front of hotel but i can imagine having difficulties had i not been so lucky.Would ask for a different room next time. Small bathroom. The choice of beers in the hotel bars. there isn't anything. I have sat here and I cannot think of anything that was wrong with the hotel. Being on business I would have liked an earlier breakfast or the option of room service. This is however only a very minor matter and does not alter my good opinions of your hotel.No bookable disabled parking facilities which could make it verydifficult for my husband if he had to park a distance away.. I think a second lift would be a good idea. small tv in room. Toilet could be a little more spacious. the swimming pool is alittle on the small size and was full of children so we were unable to go. Price of a fruit scone in the bar area was £2.50, a bit excessive.

By Car:
- Follow the M55 towards Blackpool; at the end you come to a roundabout, continue straight across onto Yeadon Way.
- Continue across the 1st mini roundabout and past the Yeadon Way pub (on your left).
- At the 2nd mini roundabout turn right and at the 3rd mini roundabout bear left and continue to the junction.
- Turn left onto Waterloo Road, head down Waterloo Road and go straight across the traffic lights and continue until you reach the 2nd set of traffic lights.
- At these lights turn right onto the promenade with the sea on the left.
- Continue along the promenade past Central and North Pier.
- Continuing along the promenade you will come to the Gynn Square roundabout, where you should turn left and continue along the promenade.
- The Cliffs Hotel is on the third block and has a dome over the entrance.
