In Hill view blackburn i hade a great time it is clean,so quiet you sleep deeply and relax.The staff is very frendly and helpfull,the hotell is just 5 minuts from the center and you do not need transportation,the price is great according to the quality of this hotell.

Didn't like anything about the hotel, very dirty. On arrival I got
asked if I would like to upgrade to an ensuite room for £10 extra - I
agreed but was dissapointed that for my £55 did't get ensuite to
begin with! The room was dirty, holes in the wall, a tv that didn't
work (not tuned in) curtains that were too small and let in lots of
light and I was given the wrong wi-fi code. The bathroom was has bad,
shower fittings were broken and there wasn't any towels. The bed was
like something bought .
Free parking.
It was difficult to use the toilet and shower as the wash basin was in
the way. A smaller basin would have solved this problem. The serving of
breakfast was haphazard. The plastic bottle of milk was left on the
table and was passed around among the guests. The choice of a cooked
meal was limited.

Filthy and disgusted with hotel No twin room as booked bathroom falling
to pieces breakfast told full English. No no pork Muslim so all spicy
sausage feel very let down and would not recommend anyone to stay there.
