The hotel is ideally located for anyone visiting London with a train station to Tower Bridge metres away. It's particularly an ideal location for anyone visiting the O2 arena which is within walking distance (approx 1/2 Hr at a stroll) or a taxi will cost you £6 to £10 max (03/06/2013). Very clean room, the restrooms are chared, tidyness depends on guests. Keep on mind, it's a budget hotel. Had TV, fridge, etc. - The cost was excellent considering how close to London city centre it is. You don't expect a lot for £35, and you don't get a lot, but the room was clean and I got a good nights sleep.
