As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

First class service, exceptionally clean, and oozing with comfort. Rooms were lovely, and an extra bonus to find a fridge hidden in a cupboard! Breakfast and service was excellent. The breakfast is excellent and the room is very comfortable. Having Touchwood shopping cetnre accross the road is also very convenient. - The facilities available to guests and the fact that the shopping centre was just a stone through away.

In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.
