The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a very good bed - as expected from the brand . The receptionist on arrival should be used as a role model for company training in Customer Care - she was just stunning! Well done!. size of the disabled room and bathroom. also a welcome iced water on arrival being so very hot and a electric fan on was very welcomed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Receptionist (Sophie?) young, blonde went out of her way to let s check in extremely early.

Close to main route network (A34). Clean and comfortable beds. Everything. All of it. The receptionist made us very welcome and was very pleasant throughout. Also one of the room staff was very helpful. It was in the right place and had rooms free. My first preference was full. We liked the large rooms and the bed. Large room. Nothing to like. Location. the restaurant next door did not cater for disabled persons and the manager did not want to know. Slow service in the pub with drinks and food. Breakfast location could do with sprucing up a bit. The hotel was difficult to find. Why not mention Premier Inn. Nothing. Nothing was wrong so there are no negative comments. Wi-fi connectivity annoying - ipad required username and password each time that it was used. Noisy drains from rooms above. no lift to upper floors - manhandle luggage upstairs. Nothing reqally. Nothing. It was a very cold day and we were shown to our room that was also very cold. We kept our coats on until the room warmed up and this took some time. All rooms should be warm when entering at this time of the year. Also we had a loud humming noise from the generator in our room, this also started during the night and woke us up. Tv in the room (#21) almost unwatchable-dim, no contrast. Complained but couldn't be fixed. Not that cheap, either at £75 without breakfast. We mechanged a concern at the restraunt where a chef was out of order, but we havent had a reply from Premier Inns, not a lot of tea & Coffee in the rooms. A little noisy. not enough heating. Poor tea and coffee items..not many. No breakfast included. Too expensive. I think the hotel is starting to look and feel a bit dated and tired as are the staff also the restaurant service was very poor and unattentive. Being in a disabled room! Neither of us are disabled. shower is bad, no elevator,no air conditioner.
