It is really a part of haven on earth. We have enjoyed the beauty of nature. All thanks go to Mr. Uzgur who was with every one to please and solve any inconvenience. Also all the staff member were very helpful particularly Mr. Ondor and Mrs. Imran who indulged my kids.

The people were really nice, they helped us a lot. The hotel is just
near the Ataturk Square, which is a central square in Trabzon. They also
arranged a tour to Sumela Monastery which was beautiful. One of us had
left her books when we were leaving, they sent the books with a bus to
the airport. It was very nice of them. The breakfast was very good. It
was served at the top floor, there was a beautiful view. We enjoyed our
stay very much.

Ibrahim, speaks good English. He is cooperative and helpful. He is a very nice gentleman. The apartment is clean. There is a refrigerator in the apt . The apt. Is near to the lake, the mosque, the restaurants, and the small city center. It is not far away from the pne waterfall in the city. I do recommend this apt.
