Staff was excellent. I was scheduled to take an overnight bus after my
stay, and they kindly gave me not only a late check-out time, but a ride
to the bus station.
Additionally, I had a room with a fancy spa shower setup (massage jets, steam, etc.) which was pretty great and was fun to use.

Very good and fairly quiet location in what passes for the old town in Samsun. Close to tramway, transport to the bus station and many cafés and restaurants. Comfortable room with old fashioned furnishings and top-modern hydrotherapy shower. Obliging staff who booked ny bus ticket out and had it ready on my arrival. Breakfast good, many varieties of cheese, olives and jams.

Although we do not speak Turkish, everyone made us feel welcome, offerıng us a cup of coffe on enterıng the hotel, askıng us if we re ok.
Our room had a beautiful view over the sea and the swimming pool. The swimming pool was always clean.
There are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas by the pool and enough at the beach

Excellent location, easy access for car and the fact that they have a private parking lot is a very big advantage.
Staff is very professional and friendly, food is excellent, all rooms have AC and a small refrigerator... Wifi signal is excellent and I stay here if possible in all the trips that I make in the Safranbolu area.

Location is a bit far from center but very calm. -

the manager and other staff were quite freindly and helpful. Indeed, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town, but the hotel staff can drive you there. Also, they can pick you up from the Safranbolu bus terminal.
If you take taxi from the hotel to the old town, it costs about 15 lire.
The breakfast was really great, above the average quality.

A solid three-star hotel. I needed a room with a bed and a roof that didn't leak. T's had that and more, which in these circumstances was air con and a good breakfast.
