Clean, modern and friendly staff. Good location. The position of the hotel is excellent and the room was large however the bathroom was ridiculously small.Would like perk coffee available in rooms and breakfast area, not instant. This is in no way a 5* hotel. There were no dressing gowns, slippers, face flannels, tissues etc.There were no television programmes in English and no restaurant or spa. There was one Liptons Tea bag and two fruit teas. I asked for more liptons and some milk and received a cup of hot milk and more fruit teas.- they had no idea about what an international type 5 star hotel should offer.
