Strongly recommend for those that look for perfect downtown place in Nisantasi, great neighborhood and a bit luxury. Will stay there in Istanbul but no where. Staff were friendly, location was excellent, close to shops, nice restaurants within walking distance, lively road. Free wifi in hotel. We got yummy truffles complimentary upon our arrival :) I would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends. Very clean and modern facilities in a very good located part of Istanbul. Away for the maddening tourist crowd. Staff and manager are very friendly and accommodative. You feel that they are sincere in helping you out make your stay comfortable and memorable. We absolutely loved this place. It is stylish and comfortable. Beautiful use in the rooms of mirrors and glass. We had a lovely roof terrace which made it a little city paradise for our special wedding anniversary. Delicious breakfast.Well run, very clean. The hotel has a private boat that can be rented for a short Bosphorus tour away from the crowds - Asian side is a must-see with amazing yali mansions on the coast. The location was great, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast Staff. Nothing at all. Not all taxi drivers knew abt the hotel, had to pay extra just because drivers looked for the hotel. Not 5 star standard in breakfast and room service. Kitchen closes at 10pm, I was hungry one night and asked the hotel to order for me from McDonald's and I got charged triple the price of a meal!. I don't like to leave the hotel as all is working well!. One chair, two people. One bedside light on the wrong side for the night time reader. No proper space or drawers for clothes. Designed for overall aesthetics more than for practicality. But these were quibbles about detail and we laughed about them as it was really a lovely place. I had to check out early before start of breakfast service. They could not provide me with a sandwich although I asked in advance. I'm surprised that they don't have picnic sandwich service which is very common in hotel business. I thought the "bar" was fair at best...........the prices were high there and I felt out of place. Aside from that it was a lovely way to spend a day in Istanbul. We stayed in a junior suite however we were very disappointed that it was facing the reception and we had absolutely no view. For the money we paid, a nice view and a better room location was the minimum we expected. Little choices in Breakfast buffet. I thought the suite would be bigger. The noise from the bathroom ventilator is very high. And I didn't find a way to have hot water to wash our hands. Tight lobby / narrow entrance. the lobby is too tight. TV chanels not up to date. A bit pricy. Keys are not working. N/A. There was no doorlock at the bathroom door. No bar lounge. The general noise of this hotel. internet poor connection. the view from the back rooms. Nothing. Cleanliness could be better (mold in shower) and a general impression that a renovation is soon due. Boat ride could include something more for the price, perhaps a commentary or drinks (even though our guide made an effort to stop once or twice to tell us the names of a couple of landmarks). There was construction work going on early in the morning and i couldn't have any rest! The staff didn't inform me prior to my arrival? I don't see how noise pollution is not worth mentioning to the guests at the hotel. Horrible !. -Very poor lighting in bedroom and bathroom (no light over sink) -Very small room -No chair for sitting (only a desk chair) -Sink is nearly useless and water flow is very poor.
