The owner, Mustafa, upgraded my room which very nice of him. It's a family-run hotel and the attentiveness is superb, so unlike the large characterless hotels. Mustafa's direction to the walks around Goreme was spot-on. The hotel has rooms that face the hills. The decor on the passage way exudes quiet personality. The restaurant at the top offers a good view of the valley. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk downhill to the village center which has many shops and yet retain an old-world charm.

The hotel manager, Mustafa, gave me a plenty of travel information and didn't push customers to buy the daily tour and balloon trip. The hotel was very cozy and clean. The Turkish breakfast is awesome! I'm happy to stay there for two nights. Highly recommend. The manager Mustafa is a lovely guy, and so helpful with info on hiking, tours, ballooning etc. Hotel is in a great location, and our arched stone room was really comfortable. Buffet Turkish-style brekkie on the rooftop with great view of Pigeon and Rose Valleys also fab. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great location. Near to Göreme city center, but not in a crowded and loud place. Mustafa, the hotel manager, is a great guy with the correct attitude to his guests. The Internet connection was very fast and available in the whole hotel. The staff of this hotel is simply FANTASTIC! Especially the young boy Omer Aslan! Please stay in the hotel if you will spend time in Goreme, because you won't regret it! And yes, the breakfast (included) is outstanding!. The little hotel with only 10 rooms was very special, build into the old caves, each room different , very good furnited , very clean, very proffessional management by Mustafa. I love your terrace!!. Nothing. The room had very basic furniture. A small fridge and a telephone in the room would be nice. In the room, there were two cups with tea bags in it, but no kettle to get the hot water for them :). Nothing. The only downside is that you can hear steps (going up and down the stairs), and people talking along the hallway. Not surprisingly, cave room was dark!. Not real cave rooms, actually rooms are made of stone. A flyer was always in our room. It was not actually a cave, but still a nice hotel. Very cold the last days in Mars.
