  I liked everything about it. the best hotel I have been to in whole Turkey. Great staff though they do not speak English well . but they try their best to help. wonderful variety of breakfast. you can enjoy it outside. tons of thanks to the General Manager and his hospitality and for the whole staff. 10 out of 10 !!!! - The staff is so friendly a... what people say » nd cooperative that even the general manager will serve you. most staff will understand and speak English. They have a restaurant & room service with a reasonable variety and good price that my family was just ordering from them instead of dining from outside.

  Location is close to kent shooping center. they have some connected rooms for family with kids. breakfast was good. Mr.khalil the hotel manager is helpfull He treated us with fruites when we compliend about the room. - 1.Location nearby Kent Mydani (Mall and shops are nearby). 2.Could be better if more cleaning , and maintainance done good.

  Hotel Artıç (Pronounced "Ar-tuch", not "Artic" like the "Artic Circle"), is something of a faded 1970's gem in central Bursa. The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. It is located across the street from the Ulu Cami, or "Great Mosque" of Bursa. The first night, I stayed in a room on the street that was noisy, and requested a change the... what people say » next day. The staff apologized, as they had many groups for a sporting event and a large party. The next room I got was at the back of the building a - Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful Location is very good.next to the old market place.restaurants.Grand mosque. (Ulu jame). Walking distance to the busses going up to the ski slope.(the telefric going up was out of order) - Hotel staff were excellent both friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel was in an excellent location near Ulu Mosque and covered market. Room was excellent as was the breakfast. İ highly recommend this hotel if travelling to Bursa.
