  I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. And when i had a problem with my creditcard they refused to take my payment (the last cash i had on me!) untill i made sure the problem with my card was fixed.
