A new facility which has a lot of teething problems but Alper and his
excellent team of staff will leave no stone turned in fixing it for you
- Got upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, efficient airport transfer and eager
staff. Training of staff is a major issues however they make it up
through their can-do and eager attitude. Location is "iffy' if
you are there for site seeing but with 3 daily shuttles, that is not
much of an issue either. Breakfast can improve and so can the executive

This is the eighth time we have stayed at the Grand S. It is our favorite "layover" stop when passing through Istanbul. The location is perfect. The Metro connects the airport to the Buyuk Otogar (main bus staion) just across the highway.

All staff at the Hotel were helpful and courteous. I was greeted you arrival and the bellboy made sure I settled into the room by showing me how the tv and wifi worked.
Breakfast was a very varied buffet and very enjoyable.
Comfortable room with wifi and satellite tv and heating which was lovely as it was snowing outside on my last 2 days.
I would stay here again.

Main tourist attractions were not that far from the hotel around 15min walk or 5-10min on the tram.
Last but not least I had forgotton some money in the hotel when I checked out. On route to the airport the bus driver recieved a phonecall saying we've left some belongings and to wait on the highway and a taxi will be sent to deliver o
