  Great location to discover the town and it's sino-portugese architecture in particular. Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and polite. Nice little café in the hotel and outdoor pool. Good connection from the airport - safe driver, modern car. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice entrance area with umbrellas provided for the rains and a selection of new... what people say » spapers and magazines beside sofas. Free WiFi. - Very friendly accomodating staff. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. Also I arrived early in the day - they held my bag for me till my room was ready and gave me a map and a quick run down on what there was to see & do in the area.

  After 3 weeks in Thailand around Phuket, Bangkok and Chiang Mai I can say that Capannina Inn has been the best hotel I stayed. Everything is perfect: - Location: it is in a quiet area in Kata beach, away from the main road noise but close enough to reach the beach and the main happenings in a 5-10 minutes walk.
