  Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also. Quiet during night for a good sleep.Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach.   Javid, the owner organized a shuttle for us to the Airport, this was perfect. He also helped us with tours and offered his computer for booking hotels for the rest of our holiday.He offered the best prices and best Restaurant in the city. As it was a dead end street it was more quiet then the other streets.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
