the room was being cleaned properly every day. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities (restaurant, lobby, pool bar) are very cosy and nice. the berakfast is very tasty. the hotel location is good and its price is very budget-friendly for the down town. Friendly polite staff always happy to help. Situated just outside nightlife area has time to relax whilst being near. Breakfast good especially the omelette maker lovely person.

Best place was the check out desk:(. the room equipment (TV sert, air conditioner, furniture) is rather old-fashioned and worn...A very poor choice of Thailand fruits for breakfast, when this country is very popular with its exotic cheap fruits. Mangos, pineapples and water melons are cheap in Russia and we eat them all the year long there. Fact that no-one monitors placement of towels etc on the limited pool beds. One English guy and his Thai girlfriend kept 3 pool beds all day, one for each of them and one for their books, computer, with only occasional use. Didn't affect me but others had to find alternative seating away from the pool surrounds. Honestly I stayed there three weeks and I cannot really say anything negative about this hotel. Nothing all good. In some of the bedrooms they have old carpet,. Breakfast bit of a scramble!. TV upgrade would be good. not all staff could communicate in english making communication difficult. breakfast A bit on the boring side. Nothing. There was nothing I did not like. no bathtub as requested and seen on the photos during booking. The attitude of the front desk staff (except the trainees). Upon arrival I was asked to pay for the whole 9 days. I was limited by my ATM limit and partial payment was not acceptable (my res. was guaranteed by my debit card). Upon leaving the next morning I was reminded to get enough currency to pay my entire bill when I got back. Room bedding and linen all smelt of smoke. When asked for a non smoking room. Some staff were miserable. Dolphin pool closed at the weekend ( chemical treatment). Long wait for eggs at breakfast. Dishes not cleared quickly. Room is small. No boiler is available in the room. Far away from walking street. The room was musty though it got a bit better after the ac ran for a couple of hours. Some difficulty in communication with front desk, but a more experienced person was available to help. Aircon initially didn't work properly. They fixed it but after 3 days, it was not cooling properly again. Bed was quite hard. Internet was very difficult to use at times, particularly on the Thursday, where it kept dropping off line. The receptionist julie could be more polite.. for whatever we requested her only reply without even trying is " we don't have".. making the guest feel comfortable could go a long way.. all other staff seems friendly. The staff is not tactful. Did not like being charged for water by the receptionist and her personal attitude towards me. When I replied that I did not drink the hotels bottle of water ..she questioned me! Plenty of hotels in Pattaya without this attitude! Shame because all the other staff especially the housekeepers were very friendly and always smiling. There was no kettle and complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms... Need to check out on time otherwise you will get a call saying that "you are checking out today, do it NOW" though you are just 20' late!!!. Getting woken in early morning at 3am and 4am by noisy people. Wi fi is slow. Needs to be improved. Staff was not very professional. плохой вай фай(wi-fi low signal) уборка так себе(bad cleaning) нет балкона - про это надо писать жирным шрифтом. Dirty , old rooms, rude unhelpful staff, no balconies, view from room an onfacing wall. Too old.
