great hotel have stayed before close to many good restaurants and bars.opposit big c and the new markets and a 1 min walk to a tuck tuck to walking street and all the major beach front activitys good family area as well as an adult area hotel very comfortable good value would recommend to any one familys disabled young or old great roof top pool with great views. The hotel is real good value for money with friendly staff. The rooms are large with decent sized bathrooms and flat screen TV. The lounge & bar is air conditioned which is nice for a cool drink. Very nice roof top terrace with pool for cooling down.

All staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff really took good care of me,the egg chef is brilliant. the room is big and the swimming pool is good! Although I booked with Booking .com on my arrival I was asked to make immediate payment.This was only sorted out following me having to sit in reception for two hours. none. no balcony, no russian channels. Wifi was joke. When i arived they put me into room 708, very noisy, like u stay in factory. They changed room next day without any problems. So i assume they are fully aware about that room and they still try to sell it. To small swimingpool. would prefer it to be a non smoking establishment. They had no record of your booking when we arrived. No coffee in room No list over TV channels. no hairdryer. far from beach tired for to walk . too strong smell of smoking and very poor breakfasts. I wouldn't stay here again because of this reasons. The Front Desk staff seems to have no training for customer services. Breakfast was fair, not much choices. The beach is bit far away ; 5 to 10 minutes walk. Room are quite old and smell badly.I asked the staff to spray room freshner. Can hear the voice from next room. my room didn't have a bath tub...last April I have a room with bath tub...why your front desk never ask whether the guest want a room with or without bath tub?. The staff is arrogant and is keeps asking for tips. Spotty to no wifi in building even when network strenght was full. No data came or went. This hotel should be classified as a SMOKERS HOTEL. Ashtrays everywhere, every room, every elevator. I asked for a non-smoking room and had an ashtray inside it, moved a couple times and still smoke everywhere. Had a difficult time breathing and sleeping. The reception staff could be more friendly. Bad smel in my room (almost time) + old key door + Air condition (only can adjust wind speed - can not adjust cold degree thus maybe you must wakeup 2 or 3 times during night for manual on/Off. breakfast！ flyings are all around！. Room decor. Front desk staff. The staff isnt friendly and doesnt know how to address their client's. Unhappy with the service as they charged us 2100 baht to the airport but when we took a cab once landed the chsrge was only 1800baht. We are really unhappy with the level of service by the front desk staff. Bed not comfertable to hard, room door still using normal keys to be changer to smart card, air condition temperature control been hidden above air filter inlet next to cooling unit in the room, you just have to left the air filter and you can see clearly and you can set a temperature you need.some time they skip complementry water bottles. I had corner room which is good and have view other wise you will see next building privacy.
